Working round the clock to ensure their mission of making fresh food available for consumers in the market, ColdHubs Limited has commenced a series of reengagement programs with its customers.
The program which is ongoing across the country will not only get the organization more users, but will also serve as a platform for feedback, according to the Chief Business and Marketing Strategy Officer, Uzoamaka Umezuruike.
Uzoamaka said that the race for fresh food is something everyone is involved in on a daily basis and while it is important for ColdHubs to remain in business, it is also important that the level of impact they make keeps scaling up.
“It is important that we hear from our users who are farmers and retailers of fresh fruits and vegetables in most cases”
“We also have users storing meat, milk, fish and other products the cold room can accommodate. We speak to them and then take them to listen to their needs because at the end of the day, they are our impact vessels”
She said that the reengagement program also gave ColdHubs the opportunity to appreciate their customers with gifts, adding that it is one of the dividends of their victory in the Water and Energy For Food Challenge.
“This is a wonderful and impactful project and we want to sincerely appreciate the organizers of the Water and Energy For Food Challenge for powering this”
“We will look at the best ways to strategically use it to onboard new customers and also see that the ones are happily retained”, she said.
