Despite the unexpected knock on the operation of many organizations and governments across the world by the Covid-19 pandemic, ColdHubs Limited has still found a way to make good use of the scarce time.
In Nigeria where there is lock down and ban on all interstate travels, ColdHubs Limited marked tremendous achievements, according to the Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Bright Igbokwe.
Mr. Igbokwe said ColdHubs will not be exempted when counting companies hit by the effects of the pandemic, and while they could not wait for the end of the lockdown in Nigeria, they started working.
“Before the lockdown we were working on our expansion plan, building more Hubs in choice markets and strategic locations all across the country, the lockdown came and automatically made our work difficult because it has to do with a lot of travels and meetings”

He revealed that locals were engaged to do most of the jobs, while they travelled to locations permitted by the government. With the technical and use of virtual meetings, they were able to secure land space in New Fresh Fruits and Vegetable Market PortHarcourt , Rivers state to build 2 Hubs.
