Coldhubs participated in this year Nigeria Cold Chain Summit 2017. The Summit was put together by the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) project, Post-Harvest Alliance for Improved Nutrition (PLAN), USAID and the Rocekerfeller Foundation. The Summit addressed the status of the cold chain industry in Nigeria, the importance of the cold chain as the catalyst and driver for achieving reduction in postharvest losses in Nigeria.
The CEO of ColdHubs, Nnaemeka Ikegwuonu, spoke in two sessions –the B2B Discussion on Operational Models for Cold Storage and the session on Traditional and Renewable Energy Solutions for Cold Chain.
