Coldhubs Limited has conducted a massive recruitment exercise for new staff to accommodate the growth and expansion of the company.
The Head of Administration and Human Resource (HAHR), Victor Ogbonna, disclosed that the recruitment is to fill up space where staff are lacking and to improve the productivity of the organizations.
Victor noted that the exercise was open to qualified candidates who had the necessary qualifications and certificates that matched their areas of interest.
According to the administration officer, the company adopts appropriate channels and processes to enable it to employ competent hands who can help achieve the company's goals.
"We recruited more staff in the departments of finance, logistics, technical, sales and marketing as it will help increase efficiency in our fast-growing organization".
"The company is still looking at employing more staff in months to come; that is when we commence production of crates, as we urged all prospective applicants to lookout for advertisement of vacancy across our platforms" he stated.
He revealed that one of the core mandates of the organization is to empower women and reduce gender gaps in labor participation.
"To that effect, we made sure we employed all qualified female candidates who applied for the job," Ogbonna added.
