ColdHubs team members have had a brainstorming session during their 2023 Commencement Retreat.
The retreat was a platform for the team members to bond and develop strategies for the development of the company.
The event, which took place at the Dusell Hotel in Owerri, the capital city of Imo State, Nigeria, had all coldHubs staff across the country present .
Speaking at the end of the retreat, the Head of Administration and Human Resources, Victor Ogbonna, disclosed that the theme for the year's retreat is “Building a Collaborative Workforce”.
He said that the company is growing to a phase hence the need to properly strategize on ways to get things right.
"The company is at its growth and development stage and therefore needs thought-provoking strategies and action plans to strive to maintain its height as one of the most reliable cold channel companies in Africa," he added.
"It also gives the team room to review our standard operating policy, or SOP, used in the previous year and renew it to suit the current situation of the company." Victor said.
Ogbonna charged all the team members to implement and accomplish all action plans as slated in the retreat.
The Information Technology System Manager , Chinedu Hardy Nwadike, said that 2023 is a digital year for ColdHubs.
Nwadike said that the organization is developing a lot of digital solutions and is utilizing advanced technology.
He noted that the company will explore solutions that will improve operations, staff interpersonal relationships and improve the collaborative team spirit in the company.
