The 2021 edition of the ColdHubs’ all staff retreat has come and gone with the company announcing the take-off of their logistics and refrigerated transportation services.
Speaking during one of the sessions, the CEO and Founder of the company Mr. Nnaemeka Ikegwuonu said that alongside the logistic arm, ColdHubs Limited will also be kicking off the production and rentals of retainable plastic crates for fruits and vegetables.
Mr. Ikegwuonu said that the aim of the retreat was to have a robust plan that will help the scaling of the company at the end of the day.
He further stated that the addition of the new arms means more work which the retreat will help every member of the management staff be ready for, adding that the most important thing is to increase revenue.
“At the end of the retreat we're going to have very solid, robust plans to support the growth and also optimize our operations; deploy our technology effectively; have a communication platform that is superb and fantastic, integrating advanced Coldhub remote monitoring system, that will be used to optimize our maintenance across all cold rooms, and also have customer sales, after service support, in the way that other companies are doing it”
“Most importantly to increase revenue, and use that revenue to continue supporting the scale of the company” he said.
The retreat which took place between March 2 to 12, 2021 at Almat Farms Kuje Abuja, saw members of the management staff set fresh goals for the company alongside strategies to achieve them.
